Attorney Bryce D. Miracle has built a respected and versatile legal practice designed to serve the needs of individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses across the country and around the world. With more than 18 years of legal experience and a strong foundation in business, engineering, and intellectual property law, Bryce provides strategic, technically informed guidance to innovators at every stage of growth.
Bryce’s passion for science and technology began with his study of Aeronautical & Astronautical Engineering at The Ohio State University, where his fascination with human flight sparked an interest in complex technical problem‑solving. He later discovered the challenge and impact of applying legal strategy to scientific innovation and went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia, attending on scholarship.
As a registered Patent Attorney with the United States Patent & Trademark Office, Bryce is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Colorado and is an associate member of the Virginia State Bar. His practice spans all facets of intellectual property protection, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, as well as the business and transactional issues that accompany technological development.
In addition to his professional experience, Bryce maintains active memberships in the Ohio State Bar Association, Columbus Bar Association, and the Columbus Intellectual Property Law Association, reflecting his ongoing commitment to staying at the forefront of legal and technological developments.
